Mental health and wellbeing affects how we think, feel, and behave. It also helps how we connect to others, deal with stress and make decisions. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence and all through our adulthood. It includes our emotional, social and psychogical wellbeing.
We work with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust mental health and in partnership with other agencies including voluntary organisations such as Somerset Mental Health Hub and Rethink Somerset Open Mental Health.
